Shipping

 

FREE SHIPPING on all orders! (US  Only)

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and/or by phone.

 

Please note: The Deschepper Shed cannot guarantee package arrival dates. We do our best to get your packages out quickly, but once shipped and in the hands of postal service, delays may occur that are outside of our control. You will be provided with a tracking number that you can get immediate updates. 

Return Policy

 

We accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 calendar days from the date your order was placed.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it can not be returned. Please send an email to support@theshed.com with your order number, item description and the reason for the damage.

Returns MUST be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. All original tags must still be on item when returned/exchanged.

 

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. 

 

All clearance items are FINAL SALE no refunds or exchanges available.

 

 

 

Exchanges

 

We have a limited amount of items in our inventory and therefore cannot guarantee any exchanges. No worries if the item you're wishing to exchange for is unavailable we will issue an in store credit for you to use on a future purchase. 

 

 

 

Damages

 

The Deschepper Shed is not liable or responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim with their service department.
